ARCA is the longest-running street arts festival in Castilla y León, Spain, held annually in Aguilar de Campoo and recognised as a cultural, social and economic driver for the Palencia Mountains region. With more than three decades of history, ARCA brings contemporary circus, dance, theatre and music to historical and natural settings such as the Monastery of Santa María la Real and the town's historic centre. The festival is committed to cultural decentralisation, local employment and gender equality, drawing international companies while supporting rural development, accessibility and new audiences, particularly among children and young people.
