These terms govern your use of EyTour!, a platform for booking teams and artists. If you do not agree with these conditions, do not use the service.
1. The service
EyTour! helps organize opportunities, seasons, tasks, documents, calendars, routes, and booking-related workflows.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to maintain and improve the platform.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- Access is usually provided through a Google account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure and reviewing activity that originates from it.
- Workspaces are multi-user and should only be used by authorized people.
- If you administer a workspace, you are also responsible for the invitations and permissions you grant.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or rights-violating purposes.
- Do not attempt to breach authentication, permissions, integrations, or security measures.
- Do not upload malicious content, abusive automations, or material that interferes with operation.
- Do not reverse engineer or copy the software except where the law allows it.
4. Content and intellectual property
You retain the rights to content you upload or create in EyTour!, including opportunity data, messages, documents, and notes.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service.
The EyTour! platform, design, brand, and software remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.
5. Payments and subscriptions
If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing may be handled through a third-party payment provider and pricing or billing terms may change over time.
Applicable taxes, processing fees, and refund policies are described on the relevant public pages when available.
6. Availability and liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep EyTour! available and secure, but the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
