About
ArtWalk is an international street art festival held in Patras, Greece, and one of the largest of its kind in Europe. The festival produces large-scale murals across the city's urban landscape, transforming public space into an open-air art gallery, while visiting artists also lead educational workshops aimed at teenagers, young adults and socially vulnerable groups. Alongside mural creation, ArtWalk programmes a range of community activities and performances, including street music, street dance, street theatre and puppetry shows, supported by an interactive digital guide to the city's murals. The festival fosters civic pride and community engagement, mobilising local, national and international participation around urban art.
