Bridges - MPArt Festival

About

MPArt Festival takes place in Larissa, Greece, organised by Synergy of Music Theatre (SMouTh). Under the theme Bridges, the festival explores connection, exchange, and encounter between people and artistic practices, audiences and communities, ideas and eras, places and experiences. The festival conceives the bridge both as a passage and a pause—a space for meeting, reflection, and dialogue within contemporary performing arts. The programme features theatre, dance, contemporary performance, music, puppet theatre, interdisciplinary works, short films, exhibitions, and workshops. Particular emphasis is placed on collaborative projects, works developed outside major metropolitan centres, and practices that promote accessibility, inclusion, and social engagement. The festival functions as a platform for artistic exchange, supporting emerging voices and creating meaningful connections between local and international artistic scenes.
