About
CirkusMania is an annual circus festival presented across some 30 venues in the Stockholm region, Sweden, showing audiences of all ages what a dynamic artform circus is today. Initiated and coordinated by the cultural centre Subtopia, the festival aims to stimulate interest and curiosity for contemporary circus among audiences through extensive collaboration between stakeholders across the region. Held each February, CirkusMania presents Swedish and international circus performances in small and large venues, cultural centres and institutions, independent theatres and schools.
