Festival Induction is a multidisciplinary performing arts festival held in Bourg-sur-Gironde, France, focused on emancipation and art as a tool of resilience. Programming draws primarily from contemporary creators, combining local and international companies across multiple disciplines, with emphasis on new creation in dance, writing and other performing arts, alongside the presence of the creators and authors themselves. The festival developed from an earlier international collaborative project, Art-Matrix, created with Italian and German partners, which continues to inform its programming through shows, workshops, debates and video presentations.
