About
FITEI is a cultural institution dedicated to promoting theatre and performing arts across the Iberian Peninsula through an annual festival. The festival features three main programs: a theatre festival with national and international performances, a festival dedicated to children and young people, and a digital platform for digital performances. FITEI facilitates international company tours, encourages national artists to perform abroad, and offers grants to international programmers with accommodation and meals included. The institution provides artistic residencies for international artists to create and develop work, and hosts workshops, masterclasses, and debates featuring artists of various nationalities to reach diverse audiences and perspectives.
