About
The Intercultural Festival Laboratory of Theatre Practice (FLIPT) is a pedagogical intercultural project organized annually by Teatro Potlach in Fara Sabina, in cooperation with I.S.T.A. (International School of Theatre Anthropology) directed by Eugenio Barba and three universities in Rome. Founded in 2000 from a meeting between Eugenio Barba and Pino Di Buduo, the festival aims to present high-quality international theatrical performances, promote new languages of performance and multidiscipline through workshops and lectures, create new audiences, and enhance local cultural identity. The festival features contemporary theater, dance, music, and performances by companies and artists from numerous countries, with an emphasis on intercultural exchange and theatrical techniques.
