Fringe Italia Off Festival
Catania, Italy
About
Fringe Italia Off Festival brings together the Milan Off Fringe Festival (MI OFF) and the Catania Off Fringe Festival (CT OFF) under a single brand and joint application call. Both are "off", or fringe, theatre and performing arts festivals that take place in their respective cities and seek to become part of the urban fabric, achieving broad participation from local communities. The project combines territorial marketing with low-season tourism, aiming to increase the Gross Domestic Happiness (GDH) of the cities involved, continuing a mission that began with the first Milano Off Fringe Festival, launched in 2016.
