Hop Hop Hop is the street arts festival of Metz, held annually in July across multiple municipalities in the Metz Eurométropole and wider Grand Est. The 16th edition (2025) featured over 200 artists, 40 circus and street arts companies, and nearly 100 free performances. The festival activates approximately 11 locations including Place Saint-Louis, Village Paradis, and Cour de la Miséricorde, celebrating theatre, dance, acrobatics, clown, and contemporary circus.
