International Youth Festival of Arts "Priests of the Muses" takes place each August in the town of Tsarevo, Bulgaria, organised by the Non-Profit Association "TEMP-ART" and Tsarevo Municipality. The festival's aim is to establish a youth art forum gathering young artists from around the world, who present the cultural background of their native countries and establish creative and friendly contacts with one another through concerts, plays, performances, presentations and happenings. IYFA "Priests of the Muses" is not considered a contest; it is an informal exchange of ideas and artistic practices among young artists, giving each participating group and individual the freedom to show their talent without being burdened by competitive spirit. Participants, typically aged 13 to 35 and including pupils from art schools and various creative studios from Bulgaria and abroad, perform at open-air stages across resorts on the Bulgarian South Black Sea coast.
