About
Launmomentdat in parc is a community-based world music festival held in Timișoara, Romania, with no admission fee. Taking place in June and July across multiple weekends, the festival features over 40 artists from around the globe, representing countries including Japan, Cuba, Mexico, Morocco, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France, Serbia, and Romania. The artistic programme spans four stages: Amazon featuring energetic music and dance with DJs and international bands; Safari focused on dub-reggae and sound system culture; Tropical, a vinyl stage with a relaxed atmosphere centered on world music; and Savana, showcasing independent theatrical works by young Romanian artists. The festival also includes a Pop-Up Fair for artisans and designers, and a vinyl and music fair where attendees can discover rare recordings and connect with emerging artists.
