About
Metropolis is a performing arts organisation and festival based in Copenhagen, Denmark, focused on art that investigates, communicates and experiments with nature, landscape and sustainability in both form and content. Framing art as a laboratory for developing and testing ideas that influence thinking and action in the context of the climate crisis, Metropolis presents an annual summer season of performances between May and September across circus, street theatre and other performing arts disciplines.
