MUEVE. International Festival of Physical Theatre of Madrid
Madrid, Spain
About
MUEVE is Madrid's International Physical Theatre Festival, created as a platform to promote and support contemporary performing arts creation through physical theatre. The festival brings theatre closer to audiences by offering indoor and street performances, along with spaces for training and dissemination. It champions innovative theatre that crosses conventional boundaries, supports diverse perspectives, and raises questions through new imaginaries. The festival takes place around 27 March to commemorate World Theatre Day and supports emerging companies and artists from Madrid through open calls for performance proposals.
