About
The Textes en l'Air Festival creates encounters between heritage sites and contemporary artistic works, featuring theatre performances, concerts, readings, discussions, poetic walks, and workshops for all ages. Many events are free of charge. The festival highlights contemporary writing in French across theatre, poetry, and music. Events include poetic walks, literary gatherings, performances at historic venues, and a dedicated programme for young people aged 15–18 that combines artistic practice, audience education, and volunteering opportunities. Rooted in a rural environment for over 20 years, the festival fosters meaningful connections between artists and audiences while contributing to cultural heritage.
