About
Toplofest is a summer art festival organised by Toplocentrala, a contemporary art centre located at the heart of Sofia, Bulgaria. The festival continues for three days and combines music, street art, contemporary circus, art workshops, planetarium and sky observation, sensory theatre, fire and lighting open-air shows, and a live reggae music party. Entry is free, and the festival is eco and dog friendly, with no plastic and access for people with disabilities.
