During Culture Night Vilnius (formerly Let it be Night!), the squares, streets, parks, and the most unexpected spaces in Vilnius are filled with artistic projects spanning music, dance, theatre, cinema, photography and state-of-the-art installations. First organised in Lithuania in preparation for Vilnius' year as European Capital of Culture, the one-night festival has grown over the years to involve more events and gather more artists and participants, with recent editions inviting guests and residents to see dozens of projects presented by hundreds of artists from Lithuania and abroad, drawing an estimated 150-200 thousand attendees.
