DIGITHALIA

About

An innovative festival exploring theatrical and digital forms of storytelling. The festival seeks ways to remain human amid the frenzy of false images and optimized processes, discovering spaces where stories on stage are expanded and reimagined through technical means. Performances, multimedia works, and theater evenings question, renegotiate, and reshape apparent "realities," exploring what is real, what authentic means, and how truths can be verified in a world full of synthetic stories. The festival brings together regional and international guest performances and productions by Schauspielhaus Graz, offering perspectives and possibilities for a better tomorrow. It serves as a meeting place to discover what theater seeks in the digital realm and what the digital realm thinks of theater.
