ManiFiesta, Fête de la Solidarité is Belgium's Festival of Solidarity, bringing together tens of thousands of people from across the country for two days of concerts, debates, a book fair, a children's festival, sports events and food from around the world. The festival invites speakers and bands from across the globe and programmes activities suited to young people, families and older audiences alike. Rooted in values of solidarity and diversity, ManiFiesta is primarily attended by working-class communities and frames itself as a space to imagine and celebrate alternative, more equal futures.
