About
Zagare Fringe Festival is a performing arts festival held in Žagarė, a small town in Northern Lithuania near the Latvian border, part of both the Baltic Nordic Fringe Network and the World Fringe Network. The festival celebrates the ability of music, theatre and the arts to reach across language, political and geographical borders, presenting a weekend of concerts, performances, exhibitions and educational workshops that bring contemporary culture into a rural setting and connect the local community with international artists.
