About
The Austrian International Storytelling Festival presents the oldest and simplest form of culture: telling a story. Held around Pentecost in the provinces of Styria and Lower Austria, the festival brings together artists from around the world who present storytelling in various forms, combined with other narrative arts such as music, pantomime, dance and clowning. Over three weeks, the festival stages nearly 80 performances for school children, families and adults, attracting around 15,000 visitors.
