Cirkus Danas

About

Cirkus Danas is organised by the Center for the Development of Circus Art "Ludifico", an association active on the cultural and artistic scene in Serbia for many years. Through education, international cooperation and co-productions, Ludifico works to lay the foundations for the development of circus art in Serbia, where circus remains largely unknown despite a growing loyal audience. The festival, held in Novi Sad, presents circus art over several days, offering circus performances from domestic and foreign productions, circus workshops for beginners, and public forums discussing the position of circus art in the country. Programming has included local, regional and international productions, presentations of circus and residency projects, and workshops in circus balance, acrobatics and juggling, contributing to the development of the local circus scene and audience.
